Want to help?

We want your help in improving and making opentcdb better.  We invite all levels of participation, from feature requests and constructive criticism to development work. 

Mailing lists:

• Almost all (if not all) developers are on the opentcdb-devel google group.  Feel free to join and email us with any questions you have.  Also untill we have public bug tracking available please post any issues you have there.  This group is a general discussion for the development group.
• All subversion commits go to  the opentcdb-commits google group. They don't look so good there (not all style information is displayed in the groups interface), but if you subscribe the emails are a little prettier.

Source Code:

Public (read only) subversion access is provided at http://svn.opentcdb.org.  You can browse the subversion repository using viewvc at http://opentcdb.org/source/viewvc.cgi/.  Read-Write subversion access is limited to developers, you can request access to it on the opentcdb-devel mailing list, but we try to keep a tight leash on it so that we don't get any weird commits.

Development / Testing releases:

Currently we don't have any, however we hope to change that very soon.  One of the problems is that we haven't built an installer for it yet.  That work has begun, and we hope to be able to provide alpha and beta releases about the time that we finish features.  These won't be 1.0, and will undoubtedly have bugs, but they will also let you test drive new features and see how it's all working.
